Martha
Timid yellow dog
Fiercely barks at strangers near
Then hides under bed
Twix
Incessant barking!
Family's home, so excited!
Recognize I'm here!

Post a CommentI love dogs!
I'm lovin it! Hey, I just put my full grown kitten outside to roam on my ten acres of property. Seems he has the temperment of an outdoor cat. He wants to hunt all the time, and he thought I was his prey (he was quite rough). Hope he doesn't get lost out there. His sustenance is on the porch.
Oh, I love these! You capture so much about each of them!
Each of them seem to have such unique personalities :)
Never a dull moment, right?
Yeah, Martha's a sweetheart, but not as well socialized as the other dogs. She won't come near any man except my husband, but she'll usually warm up to women once they become familiar to her. She's not fond of kids and they've learned to leave her alone, but she's quite friendly with strange dogs!
The sounds of family. What great fun! Thanks for sharing these.
Cute! Martha sounds like my kind of dog!
Wonderful poem about your fury babies!
Awwwww!
