Take supplements.
Vitamin C is great for hair health. It's the main ingredient in most hair supplements because it improves the absorption of iron which is essential for improving hair strength.
Eat super foods.
If you're not comfortable taking vitamins, add certain super foods to your diet like oranges, strawberries and kale which contain potent amounts of Vitamin C.
Use a plant based hair oil.
Some plant based hair oils can work wonders on your hair. Applying coconut, argan or jojoba oil daily will fuse each strand to help your hair grow stronger, longer and healthier.
