Haley Scarnato Slides into the Top 9 on the Couch

Not yet a famous singer, Haley Scarnato, the 24 year old bombshell beauty, is not only in the top 10 on American idol she is on the minds across the country. Each week this young singer who started when she was younger singing with the, The Oh So Good! Band back in Texas, sings her way into another round of American Idol. Haley's very extensive vocal range was once again shown this last week when she moved forward into the top 9, singing the famous True Colors by Cyndi Lauper last Tuesday, passing through the round just like she did on all of the others with a smooth glide to the couch.

Haley Scarnato, was born June 15, 1982 in San Antonia, TX, working at the age of 5 on gymnastics in competitions and putting stain on her fragile body, she at the age of 15 after dislocating both of her shoulders, had to give up her gymnastics. She was saddened by having to give this up, however because of that she was able to start singing and decided very fast that this was her true passion in life. Proving the fact that good things come when one is least expecting them, Haley started her singing at the age of 12, with a vocal coach, by her side assisting her.

So far this competition has been very good for Haley it has given her the ability to show the world and the judges that she is a very good singer and performer. Haley is a very breathtaking woman and strives hard to make her appearance appealing to her body and to the people that are looking at her. Haley's voice is compared to many people because of her vocal range, so it is no surprise to say that her idol is Celine Dion and her favorite pop artist is Michael Jackson and Christina Aguilera. All very good idols and from lots of different backgrounds, Haley like all of her idols did not start out famous and has had to work to get to where she is. She thanks god for giving her the ability and the strength to carry on each and every week, as the competition grows harder and harder.

Last week on American Idol Simon Caldwell confessed that he had a crush on the contestant stating that he wishes the he had known that she was engaged, blushing as he stated that, she smiled back and him, as he began once again to boast about her performance. Haley is engaged to a sales executive for Gold's Gym in Texas, the couple plans on getting married sometimes in November of this year. Haley dedicated her song that she sang in the top 20 performance; Queen of the Night, by Whitney Houston to her fiancé. Haley has been able to surpass the expectations of many judges including the notorious Simon Caldwell.

As this weeks top 9 get ready to perform once again there a though in the back of Haley's mind as to what the future may bring. As she stated in a previous interview, no matter what happens she is going to, keep singing and pursuing her career, and live her life fully through god. Haley we all wish you the best of luck.
