How It Works

Every Friday at 9 A.M,. Half Off the opens up new offers for different business establishments in a very limited quantity. The quantity of gift certificate offers varies from business-to-business because each determines the amount of certificates available for purchase. The usual number is about 25 to 50 available certificates.

Some businesses are more popular than others and sell out quickly. For example, this past Friday the certificates available from Ichiban Japanese Steak House sold out in one hour. Some sell out in a few minutes and others are still available for a few days -- it all depends on the popularity of the business and the offers.

Only one gift certificate is available for purchase from any one business but you may purchase as many different gift certificates from different businesses as you like.

Once the offers become available at Friday at 9 AM, you simply find the offer you want and click the "Buy Now" button on the right the offer. There is a warning stating that you have 5 minutes to make the purchase -- if this actually works, it's probably some kind of way to reserve the offer giving you time to complete the order. The next screen will show you the total price, give you options for shipping (USPS mail 7-10 days for $3.75 or UPS Ground 2-3 days for $11.25) -- I have used the USPS mail option each time and received my certificate within a few days, and ask for your e-mail address; click the "Continue Checkout" button at the bottom. The next page asks for your billing, shipping and credit card information; click "Process Order" to finalize your order.

Within a few minutes of finalizing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with confirmation numbers, one for each offer you purchased. If you do not receive your certificate within a week, you can contact the NeoFill Fulfillment Center at 1-866-311-9806 to ask about it.

You can check on your past and recent orders for the past 6 months by clicking "View Orders" on the menu at the left side and entering your e-mail, the last 4 digits of your credit card and your zip code.

When you receive your certificate, simply take it to the business establishment before it expires and redeem it. Try to use the entire value of the gift card because it is not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise noted.
