Halle Berry Caught Without Panties

Is Halle Berry trying to pull a Lindsay Lohan/Paris Hilton/Britney Spears-esque cry for attention by "forgetting" to wear panties? Perhaps she didn't mean for her fashion faux pas to be caught on camera, but there is photographic evidence that the sexy star forgot her drawers at the Fifi Awards.

Halle Berry's daring dress definitely got a lot of attention at the fragrance awards gala (the Oscars of perfume). She wore a little one-shouldered black number with a big chunk of material missing from one side adorned with a gold embellishment and a very high slit in the front. Unfortunately, fabric wasn't the only thing missing from her outfit.

The very NSFW website TaxiDriverMovie.com has posted a photo titled "Halle Berry No Panty Upskirt" that shows the seated actress making a very uncomfortable face and throwing her hands up in the air as if she's really upset. Whatever evoked such a reaction from Halle must have made her forget to be ladylike for a moment because she has one leg lifted and is clearly not wearing her Spanx (or anything else).

In related news guys are less likely to care about, Halle Berry did win a Fifi award for her fragrance Reveal -- it snagged the Celebrity Fragrance of the Year prize. Halle said of the scent, "I truly believe that fragrance makes women feel beautiful and confident. For years I have created my own personal scents by mixing and layering fragrances." So while she's no good at layering clothing, she's evidently an expert at layering fragrances.

So did Halle Berry try to get a little more press at this boring event by purposely not wearing any underwear? It's always a possibility. Her most recent press has involved an ugly custody battle, and her movie about a woman with multiple personality disorder, "Frankie & Alice," didn't snag her the Oscar nomination she probably hoped for. So why not try to remind the world just what a great sex symbol she is by showing off her lady bits?

If that is the case, it might be too late -- there was a time when such a photo would spread across the web like wildfire. So the fact that it remains on one obscure website after many hours speaks volumes.
