Haunted House
What you'll need:
Halloween foamies or woodsies, large craft sticks-14 of them, brown paint, light and dark, glue gun, black craft foam, scissors, string, paper towels
Using the paper towel, rub the brown paint onto the craft sticks, without covering completely. Then rub the other color on. Set them out to dry. Take two of the sticks and put them about 7" apart on a table or floor. Lay 7 of the sticks across them vertically, and glue. To make it look more realistic, you can lay them crooked and break a couple of them. To make the roof, lay two sticks to form a peek, and then fill in the roof by breaking a stick. With broken sticks, form a chimney, and glue all pieces together. glue on all sponge or woodsie shapes. Out of the black foam, make a door and windows, glue on. You can use the string to hang up the Haunted House.
Glove Halloween Witch
What you'll need:
Glove, black felt, ribbon bow, fiberfill, doll hair-curly, wiggle eyes, pipe cleaner, mini broom, glue gun, scissors
Use the fiberfill to stuff the glove, while pushing the pinky and thumb part inside. Then roll up the cuff and glue it. Fold down the middle glove finger and glue that into place, too. Bend in the rest and glue in the arm pit. For the hat, roll felt into a pointy cone shape. Glue on some hair to the head and then glue the hat onto the head. Using the small bow, tie it around the neck. Using fabric, cut out eyes and glue on, use pipe cleaner for the nose, and glue the broom to the side.
Window Watchers
What you'll need:
Glue, craft foam-orange, green, white, purple, and black, scissors, eight 1 inch suction cups, multi-colored paints with paintbrush
Get patterns for skulls, pumpkins, ghosts, bats, whatever you like. Cut them out of the foam pieces, using paint to make more details on the front. Glue them onto the fronts of the suction cups, and then apply to windows.
Clay Pot Ghost
What you'll need:
2 inch Terra cotta pot, 1 and 1/2 inch wooden ball head, white foam, paints, acrylic sealer spray, hot glue gun
Paint both the pot and the ball head white and let dry. Then, glue on the wooden ball onto the bottom of the pot. Paint a ghostly face on the ball. To seal, spray on the acrylic sealer. You can then cut out ghost wings from the foam and hot glue these to the sides of the pot for a flying effect.
