Halloween Costume Ideas 2010: Snooki from "The Jersey Shore"

It's sneaking up on you, not, that's not The Situation behind you, it's Halloween. If you want to wear a Halloween costume that meets all of the minimum Halloween costume requirements, consider this Halloween costume idea for 2010: Snooki. The Snooki Halloween costume is revealing, au courant, over the top and quite scary. Act fast because like the inspiration for this celebrity costume, it will be history in 2011.

Halloween Costume Ideas 2010: Snooki from "The Jersey Shore"

Jersey Style: Go for Short

The Jersey dress style, at least as far as Snooki and the girls on "Jerseylicious" are concerned is "too short for comfort." This is not church short, or school short. The length of the dress you wear needs to show off your bottom. Now, you can show some class rather than you behind when you wear a pair of black bike shorts or a pair of short shorts underneath your dress. Or wear some tasteful bloomers, from a cheerleading outfit.

Bring Out the Girls

The dress you wear needs to have some cleavage. If you want to cheat and help your girls rise to to the occasion, wear two or three padded bras. It won't be comfortable, but you will be able to achieve the Snooki "please looki" effect.

Big Dirty Slippers

Wear a pair of furry boots or bring out fuzzy bunny slippers.

Do the Bump

It's almost frightening how much that one hair bump detracts from Snooki's truly good looks. You need a hair clip, the kind classy gals only wear indoors. Create a big hair bump in your naturally long hair. You will need to buy a long black wig if your hair is short.

Ethnicity: Tan

In her own words, Snooki claims her ethnicity is "tan." Spray on the sel-tanner or bronzer, the darker the better. Don't worry if it looks fake. It's supposed to.

A Week's Worth of Make Up

Do your eye shadow, black eyeliner and mascara as if you are using a whole week's worth of make up. Have fun with it. Be sure to have plenty of eye make up remover on hand so you can de-Snooki-fy at the end of the night.

Add a high-gloss pink lipstick, white hoop earrings, carry around a frumpy stuffed animal and make lots of weird and incoherent noises.
