Halloween Costume Stores in Louisville, Kentucky

With Halloween just around the corner, it can get quite hard finding the perfect costume, or party supplies. To make it a little easier, here's 5 Halloween Stores here in Louisville, Kentucky that I greatly recommend.

1. Caufield's Novelty-

Caufield's is definitely a fun place to shop. They have the largest selection in town of novelty items and decorations for your party, and lots of different things from what I've seen in other stores in town. They have lots of unique costumes, and the store is HUGE, so you'll more than likely be able to find something you like out of there. What cracked me up is that they have John McCain Masks, Hilary Clinton Masks, and Obama Masks. I purchased my son an Iron Man mask from Caufield's, that I wasn't able to find anywhere else. It's very well made, good quality, and cute, too. Prices are reasonable. They have things all year round, and even have things for other occasions besides Halloween.

The only fact that bothers me, is that parking is very hard to find downtown sometimes. It's not entirely crazy like the parking on Bardstown Road, but it can be hard to find parking.

They carry a very nice supply of costumes, ranging from baby/infants to adult/plus costumes. They carry lot's of cute accessories to complete any costume! And if you are looking for something particular, Caulfield's is the place to call.

Caufield's is located downtown in a big building on West Main street.

2. Halloween Express-

Halloween Express has a location on Outer Loop, just next to the Jefferson Mall. I really liked this store because all the staff were really helpful and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of the store, and will help you find the things you need to plan your party. This story is not only great to find party supplies, but most likely you'll find a costume you're looking for here. They have a large selection of costumes for adults, and a good selection of costumes for children. They carry very cute, and unique costumes that aren't sold any where else. The store is very and nice, and their prices are very reasonable.

3. Factory Card Outlet-

Factory Card Outlet is always the place I go to for any party supplies, and they have very low prices. They have really great sales, and you'll be surprised about what find items you'll find on sale for quite a low price. The staff were very helpful, and unlike most party supplies/Halloween stores, the store is not cluttered, it's very clean, organized, and put together nicely. They have many locations in Louisville, and are open all year around. They have a very large selection of anything you will ever need to supply for a party, Halloween decorations, and they have a very large selection of candy and costumes. Their costumes are very unique, and original, and set at low prices.

Factory Card Outlet locations are all over the place, here in Louisville. There's three locations: one on Taylorsville Road, another On Outer Loop, and Factory Card Outlet is located on Westport Road.

4. Spirit Halloween Stores-

They're kind of pricey for adult costumes, but prices aren't that bad for kids costumes. What I like about Spirit's Halloween the most is that they have very unique costumes for kids and adults. Spirit Halloween's accessories, decorations, and costumes definitely differ a lot from most of the other stores. They even have PET costumes. I purchased my dog a princess Leigha from star wars, and Dorothy of Wizard Of Oz costume, just for fun and she hated it. The staff are pretty nice, and the store is decently clean. Parking is really easy to find, so that's always a plus. When they have sales, you can find a lot of things that are half off.
You will most likely be able to find a close location near you, considering there's three locations here in Louisville. One location on Taylorsville Road, another on Outer Loop, and one on Dixie Highway.

5. Horner's Novelty-

Horner's carries lot's of party supplies, wigs, masks, accessories, many novelty items, games, costumes, and more. Not only do they have supplies for Halloween, but Horner's is also great for many other occasions such as weddings. If you want to host a Halloween carnival of your own, Horner's is the place to buy all the supplies you'll need. They have very low prices, and a wide variety of items, and costumes. Staff are very willing to help you find what you're looking for, and the store is very organized.

There's two locations here in Louisville, one on Preston Highway, and the other On Breckenridge Lane. Parking is also easy to find.
