Lucy needs to have that distinctive curly red hair and Ethel should have short, curly, old lady white hair. The hair is perhaps the most important part of getting this costume right, so spend some time on it. Check screenshots when applying makeup (which is a must). You should at least have lipstick, blush and concealer. Clothes do not need to be too specific, but should be 50's chic.
