Instructions for Making a Bottle of Boos

Cover a Tootsie Roll Pop with a white facial tissue. Tie the facial tissue at the neck of the Tootsie Pop with either a white twist tie or a ribbon of white, orange or black. Draw 2 circles on the tissue covered Tootsie Pop for eyes. Repeat for as many ghosts as you will be able to fit into the bottle.

Sprinkle a small amount of black or orange glitter and sequins into the bottom of the bottle. Now place the Tootsie Pop ghosts in the bottle, upright. Gently shake the bottle in order to spread some of the Halloween glitter and sequins over the ghosts.

Place the lid back on the bottle and screw shut. Tie an orange or black ribbon around the neck of the bottle.

On the outside of the bottle, place a name tag on which you have written Bottle of Boos. Or, if you prefer, writer Bottle of Boos straight onto the bottle with a black permanent marker.
