You could use their food as the subject in a contest. There are unlimited possibilities when it comes to hosting a party. You could also carve pumpkins. You can buy a pumpkin carving kit from a local store to get started. There are a lot of sites online that you can visit to help you carve a pumpkin, whether you want a smiley pumpkin or a scary pumpkin, you will surely find what you are looking for online.

There are a lot of costume stores on the internet that have a wide variety of costumes that you could buy. One idea if you are planning on group trick-or-treating would be to do a group theme. You could buy a lot of old 70's costumes and have a 70's theme, or you could do a modern theme like werewolves. Group themes can be fun to plan and actually participate in. A downside to group themes is that they can cost a lot of money. If you do not have a lot of money but want to do a group them, you could all work together and build your own costumes. This could be a fun way to make a costume and would not really cost that much money.

Maybe you do have a lot of money and can't think of anything to do. Some places have public costume parties that cost some money to get into, you could do this to have fun on Halloween. Maybe you want to have a Halloween party but you do not have enough room in your house to have one. You could rent a place out for the night and set up your party there.
