Halloween 'haunts' in San Antonio

For authentic ghost experiences, make your way carefully to the Alamo in downtown San Antonio. Veteran ghost hunters have recorded a minimum of at least 42 spirits at the scene of the battle. With so much death from war, it's no wonder there's multiple ghosts actively haunting the grounds. The Alamo ghost hunt takes place at 8:30 p.m. at 300 Alamo Plaza. Those participating are provided with real ghost hunting equipment for the tour. Cost of the tour is $10 for adults, $5 for kids 7-17, and under age 6 are free. It also has actual documented paranormal activity according to After Dark Paranormal who claim to have captured ghost voices on EVP (electronic voice phenomena). 13th Floor Haunted House is relatively new to downtown and warns that the scare factor may be too intense for children under 12.
