On Wednesday, October 20, the Municipal Auditorium is presenting the "Gruesome Twosome," Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper with special guests Murderdolls at 7 PM. The "Superstars of Shock," Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie, bring their Halloween Hootenany Tour to Nashville. Tickets for the fright fest are $55 and are available at all Ticketmaster Outlets.
Haunted Houses In & Around Nashville
Haunted Nashville is located in the Hermitage area, and offers a variety of scares. Visitors can pick and choose from the assortment of activities or do them all with a "Slashpass" ticket.

Death Row AKA Sanitarium of Slaughter is billed as Middle Tennessee's largest indoor haunted house with 80,000 square feet of pure terror. Call 615-833-1433.
Devil's Dungeon is 2 floors of horror located on Davidson St. in Nashville. Call 615-256-0053
The Bell Witch Cave is not too far from Nashville in the area where my ancestors came from around Adams, Tennessee. During the Halloween season, the Bell Witch Cave offers candlelight tours of the haunted cave, hayrides, storytelling, psychic readings and tours of the replica John Bell Cabin. Call 615-696-3055. By the way, one of my ancestors, Mahala Darden. is interviewed about her first-hand experiences in the "Red Book" by Martin Van Buren Ingram, a well-known book about the Bell Witch.
Bloody Acres is located in Gallatin and is an outside adventure in the woods. Call 615-582-6419.
Dead Land is in the Lebanon area and is another outdoors walk through more than a mile of fright-filled woods.
The Nashville Ghost Tours are walking tours by lantern light of some some of Nashville's allegedly haunted spots. Tours start at 8pm and last about an hour and a half. Also ask about the Haunted Hearse Tours.
Halloween Alternatives
Wine, Cheese & Skin Care Party in West Nashville is a skin care party with a Halloween theme. With the invitation teaser "Don't Look Like a Witch This Halloween!" there will be a wine and skin care party on Saturday, October 16 in West Nashville to preview the breakthrough new products from Rodan and Fields which will be released in October. There will be a black light on hand so guests can see the spooky stuff lurking right below their skin.
Belle Meade Plantation Belles Doll Club Halloween party will take place October 7 in West Nashville. The Belle Meade Plantation Belles Doll Club will hold their annual Halloween party at 7:00 PM at Shoneys in Bellevue on Thursday, October 7. Members will bring their various Halloween dolls to display, and there will be a spooky Barbie haunted house on hand just for Barbie, Kelly and their friends.
Chihuly Nights is another spooctacular activity, the indoor and outdoor artistic glass exhibition Chihuly at Cheekwood and Chihuly Nights, continues through October 29, 2010 on the Cheekwood estate in Nashville. It's Fall Y'all takes place at Donelson Fellowship Church in Nashville on October 31st from 4:00-6:00 pm. The Donelson Fellowship fall fest features free candy, pumpkin carving, free food, live music, a chili cook-off and inflatable games. Admission is free with your donation to Second Harvest Food Bank. Trunktacular will be presented by Rolling Hills Community Church in Franklin on October 31st from 3:30 - 5 pm. Trunktacular is an afternoon of going from trunk to trunk gathering candy.
