Witches Brew

This orange punch is not too sweet so it appeals to everyone!

1 package orange gelatin
1 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 can apricot nectar
1 can pineapple juice
¾ cup lemon juice
4 liters ginger ale, chilled

Additional Items:

Black plastic caldron

Instructions:

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in water. Next stir in the apricot nectar, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Freeze in 2 quart freezer containers. Remove mixture from the freezer two to three hours before serving. Then place the contents in a punch bowl (or caldron for a Halloween affect) and mash with a potato masher. Finally stir in ginger ale just before serving. This recipe makes about 8 quarts. Freezing the punch before allows the punch to stay cold with the use of an ice ring, making it much more convenient.

Happy Halloween, enjoy!!!
