Chopped Fingers Pizza Surprise (Main Dish)
1 Red Bell Pepper
12 Mozzarella Sticks
8 Small Baked Pizza Crust
1 Cup of Pizza Sauce
First gather all the ingredients together on the preparation table. Take the pepper and cut out the core, stems, and seeds. Cut the red bell pepper into 1 inch wide strips. Then cut each strip crosswise into 1/2 inch pieces. These are going to be used for the fingernails. Round the corners of the pieces. Cut the cheese sticks in half. On the rounded end of each stick finger you are going to cut out a 1/2 inch square notice into which the pepper piece fits to make the nail. Lay the crust on the baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust Now place a red pepper nail on each. Bake the pizza in an oven about 450 degrees until cheese starts to melt. No longer than 10 minutes. Makes 8 mini size pizzas.
Gross Out Popcorn (Snack)
9 Cups of Freshly Popped Corn
1 Tablespoon Margarine
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
Gummi Worms
First pop the corn. Melt the butter with the peanut butter until liquefied. Pour over the popcorn and mix togeher. Spread the mixture in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degree in the oven for 10 minutes. Stir a few times while baking to keep from sticking. The corn should be crisp and the topping set when removed from the oven. Sprinkle Gummi worms across the top.
Muddy Worm Cups (Fun Dessert Treat)
2 Cups Milk
Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 1/2 Cups Cool Whip
16 oz Oreo Cookies
Gummy Worms
Plastic flowers
Take the 2 cups of milk and pour it into a bowl. Next, add the chocolate pudding mix to the milk. Beat the mixture until it is blended well. Take the Oreo cookies and crush them up and set aside in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix in the cool whip and half the cookies.
How to Make Muddy Cups
Take 1 tablespoon of the crushed cookies and place in the bottom of a 8 once cup. Fill cups to 3/4 full with the chocolate pudding mixture. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the top. Place a plastic flower in the middle and stick gummy worms half way down in the mud. Serve to guest.
