With Halloween right around the corner, I am sure that most parents are concerned for the safety of their children (and pets) on this frightful night. There are already countless articles out there on Halloween Safety so I thought I would link you to a few that I personally have found useful. Well...not me personally but some friends that do have children! I do have a dog though. ;-)

Of course, if you just search "Halloween Safety" on associated content or any search engine site, you will find hundreds of sites talking about Halloween safety and all of it is incredibly useful information. So take the time to do some research on various tips and tricks on how to keep your kids and pets safe and how to make sure you don't accidentally run over a young child on the way home from a costume party!

1) Halloween Safety: Absolute Best Content on the Internet for Halloween Safety Tips

This one is written by Darrin Atkins and the articles that he links to are great sources for safety information. All of his information are from reliable sources such as mayoclinic.com and many other reliable sites.

2) Halloween Safety Tips by HÃ¥vard Hegtun

This one gives several tips that most articles don't even touch on. Such as bringing water bottles, paper bags, change of clothes and several other things that your child may need while not at home on this lovely night.

3) Trick or Treating: Children's Halloween Safety Tips by Gabriele Frank-Martinez

Although Gabriele's tips are common sense, we always need to be reminded of the basics.

4) 10 Halloween Safety Tips by Chris Zarras

Chris mostly touches on costume safety. Although from observing most children costumes, I don't see any parent really trying to make the costumes more visible for cars to see. So this article is very useful!

5) Halloween Safety Tips for Pets by J. E. Davidson
It's not often you see information on how to keep your pets safe during the holidays. With as much as you are opening and closing the door. With all the people coming and going, something is bound to happen to your beloved pets.
