Han Van Meegerin's Newsletter: Second Edition

Han Van Meegerin
Welcome to the second edition of my newsletter.

AC Luke:

I received quite the treat yesterday. I had the opportunity to exchange communications with Associated Content's Founder and President, Mr. Luke Beatty. I was extremely grateful that Luke, as he prefers to be called, took time from his schedule to correspond with me. I felt we engaged in a fruitful and meaningful dialog. I enjoyed and benefited from the experience and I also hope that he felt that our interaction was useful.

Santa:

I have mailed a letter to Santa, asking him to call my son. Therefore, unless I go bonkers, there will not be a repeat performance of what is described in the link below.

Santa Claus Comes Calling

Dear Abby Greenhill:

Though I am not a dog or any pet for that matter, I apologize for not providing you with questions this week. I know you were probably chomping at the bit to provide some words of wisdom to some furry creatures. Don't worry soon you will be overrun with problems galore.

New Page View Races:

Here are my plans for current plans for new page view races. I am hosting what I will refer to as the Sprint to 2010. I noted all page view totals as of November 30, 2010. Therefore, the object for both the individual and team races will be to accumulate the most page views for the entire month of December. I know it is a short race, but it will help work out any kinks before 2010 arrives. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I expect to host page view races for each of the quarters for 2010. There might be a few extras tossed in to for good measure. Remember, these races are supposed to be fun and in good spirit. Do your best and be courteous of others. We all utilize Associated Content for different reasons with varying capabilities and we all have personal circumstances that change.

Individual Races:

I have tinkered with the categories based on the number entries.

Here are the categories and the participants:

Han Van Meegerin, Tal Baldo, Magena Fawn, Khalia Bentson, Melanie Gibson and Karen Zakavak

Team Races:

I constructed the teams based on their collective page views as of November 30, 2009. I tried to create as much balance as possible. However, a reflection of past performance does not always accurately gauge future performance. I hope that you will message back and forth with your teammates and agree upon a name for your team. If you are able to do this, please have someone from your team inform me of the team name..

Page View Race Updates:

I planned on putting out an update for all races from 12/1/09-12/3/09, but I just saved over my file by mistake. Please let me know if you know how to recover an If anyone one knows how to recover an Excel file been saved over. In any event, please send your total page views as of 12/4 so at least I can put out a 12/4/09 update. If possible everyday send me your overall page views as of that date. That way I do not need to look up all of your numbers. I have each of your starting numbers so I can easily figure out your numbers for the month. Thank you for your cooperation

Pageant Update:

For you new folks and procrastinators, please get those votes in.
