Hand Exfoliant for Dry Rough Hands

Elise Marie
Rough dry hands are unattractive and annoying. The best way to treat rough dry hands is by using a homemade hand exfoliant that helps scrub away the dry flaky skin from them while deeply moisturizing and nourishing them back to softness and beauty.

The organic ingredients needed to make the homemade hand exfoliant are 2 cups of brown sugar, 1 cup of almond oil, 20 drops of calendula oil, 10 drops of tea tree oil and 2 tablespoons of freshly squeeze lime juice. These natural ingredients help exfoliate skin naturally while softening it right up and killing germs. They also contain antioxidants in them that help slow down the aging process and keep hands looking young and beautiful.

To make the hand exfoliant all you do is place the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and combine them together with a wooden spoon until you get a thick oily gritty exfoliant. The exfoliant should have a lime scent and a deep brownish appearance to it. Once the exfoliant is made pour it into a jar and place it by the sink to use whenever you need to cleanse and exfoliate your hands naturally.

When you are ready to use the homemade hand exfoliant simply rinse hands down with plenty of warm water for a minute. Then take a little scoop of the exfoliant with your hands and rub it into them using circular motions for about 2 minutes. After, simply rinse your hands down with warm water, pat them dry and apply a lovely hand cream. Then you will have super soft silky hands that are beautiful appearing. To keep hands silky soft use the homemade hand exfoliant once a day. You may also use this homemade hand exfoliant as a body scrub if you prefer, but just be careful because it can make the shower slippery so make sure you wash the shower down really well after you use it.

I hope you all enjoy making and using this homemade hand exfoliant for dry rough hands. I wish you all the best of luck with keeping your hands looking and feeling beautiful and soft naturally.
