If you have ever experienced a hangover than just the word may give you a headache just by thinking of how it made you feel. The feeling of nauseous being extremely tired and the worst case of dry mouth also known as cotton throat. Now here are some cures but as you know you have to pick what works best for you cause what works best for someone else it may be something else that works even better for you or it may not work for you at all. Let's try some fruit juice time you wake up that following morning. Water and lots of it will help alot due to your body is so dehydrated. Rest rest rest stay in bed as long as you can, but don't forget to get your water or juice or even gatorade can soothe you a bit. now when it comes to eating something you might want to start out slow don't try to eat anything greasy no eggs, bacon, or pizza or what ever else you may have in mind. Try to eat foods like saltine crackers, applesauce, toast, or try some rice. If you are gonna take some type pain reliever for your head pain be sure to check the label for any type naproxen sodium, or acetaminophen these should never be taken when you have a hangover. Aspirin is also a no no because aspirin tends to thin the blood and that is not good when trying to recover from a hangover.
You can try to drink coca cola and take a motrin this may relax you but rest is still needed. The one thing that is best for you to always try to do is rest stay in bed. A hangover can last up to 36 hours depending on what you had to drink and how much of it that you consumed. It is not good to consume more alcohol over a hangover many has said try this, but this is the worst thing that you can ever try to do it is totally incorrect. Be sure also not to consume to much caffeine doing this time neither. A little bit of caffeine can help but alot can make you feel worst so be careful. A nice cold tub bath can ease you a bit, but be sure to get back into bed. Having crackers or some type of bread as well as some cheese sticks near your bed side will be helpful. They now sell in most drug stores pills that will help you sober up a bit this will also help you with a morning hangover. Try to drink in moderation if you don't have too much to drink then you want have a hangover. This could be a option if you wish to only consume a few beers instead of more than your body can handle. If you happen to get a hangover remember to relax your body it will take it's course and it's not gonna go away right away. So if you happen to wake up with a hangover try to get back to sleep and once you wake up again you probably will feel like a totally different person.
