Hank Baskett Cheating on Kendra Wilkinson with Strippers

Speculation is growing that Hank Baskett, the husband of sex tape starlet Kendra Wilkinson, has been cheating on his wife with strippers. While the old saying says that cheaters never win and winners never cheat, if there ever were a situation where the public might be sympathetic overall to the cheater, this might be it.

Baskett, a football player in the National Football League who will play with the Philadelphia Eagles during this upcoming season, stood by Wilkinson in recent months as she appeared in a sex tape that she made years back with a former boyfriend. He also has stood by more recently as she has released an autobiography in which she gives explicit details about her love life with former boyfriend Hugh Hefner.

Still, Wilkinson is said to be furious over the fact that Baskett visited a strip joint and then spent a lot of time in the VIP and Champagne Rooms with a number of strippers. Life and Style Magazine, in fact, reports that a stripper named Dolce says things with Hank "were real insane."

Time will tell, of course, if Wilkinson and Baskett can last together for an extended period of time. By all accounts the couple was trying to work through the release of her sex tape. She was, after all, a former Playboy model and did date the aforementioned Hugh Hefner, so her racy past could not have been a total surprise to Baskett.

Still, there is a difference between posing in an upscale men's magazine such as Playboy and appearing in an extremely graphic sex tape. While Baskett may be making a sincere effort to overcome the shock and embarrassment of knowing his wife's past sexual escapades are now being viewed by millions, it is a very slippery and steep slope of rationalization that follows. If he, after all, can forgive her for having sex on video that is viewed by millions, what he does in private with strippers should be no big deal...or so he would like to believe.

If in fact the story is true and Hank Baskett did get down and dirty with strippers in private rooms, and if in fact Kendra Wilkinson is angry about it, the marriage is vulnerable; even more vulnerable than it likely was before.

It seems apparent that the story of Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett, which includes sex tapes and strippers, is far from being over and its outcome is far from predictable.
