Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds 3D Concert Tour Movie Review

Hannah Montana A.K.A. Miley Cyrus has truly reached a new milestone in movie concerts. Over the last few months there have been numerous reports and major news stories regarding the difficulty in getting Hannah Montana Tickets to her sold out tour Best of Both Worlds Concert. Tickets have gone for thousands of dollars and their have been concerns of kids not being able to get into concerts due to ticket gouging.

Enter Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds 3D Concert Tour experience. This pumped up movie concert costs $15.00 per person and aims at giving each excited Hannah Montana fan as close to a real concert going experience as possible by presenting the images in a 3D format that makes the viewers feel as though they are in the arena from different angles including an audience perspective, an on stage perspective, and back stage perspective.

Bruce Hendricks directs this show stopper with inter cut footage of interviews with Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, and numerous fans who adore Hannah Montana. There is even a scene featuring regular dads competing for Hannah Montana concert tickets in a high heel foot race.

The lighting for Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Concert movie was excellent and featured different high quality pyrotechnic special effects as well as having numerous large screen telemonitors that would change throughout the concert to feature graphics that were appropriate to that part of the act. At times Miley Cyrus would sing and interact with a version of Hannah Montana on the large telemonitor. It was interesting to watch as she has become famous for her role as Hannah Montana and was featuring herself as the other person headlining the tour.

The sound was great and audible however there were times throughout the movie that the concert screams overwhelmed the sound of her singing the actual songs. The movie crowd easily joined in and sung along with the concert experience. Hannah Montana at one point set the rules by saying, "I don't want to look around and see anyone sitting in their seats." Throughout the movie the crowd in the theater, moms, dads, and kids alike got up and danced and sung to the songs in unison.

Miley Cyrus had obviously had a say so in the costumes for the Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Concert Movie as all the dancers and singers were dressed in young pop outfits that complimented each other. The style of dress was very youthful and had teenage influence written all over it. The costumes were very appealing and age appropriate for the audience.

The 3D experience was far better than expected as everything from the microphones, the microphone stand, confetti, and twirling drumsticks came flying out at the crowd with eye-popping realism. The way the Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour was filmed allowed the 3D experience to look as if the theater crowd was right at the edge of the stage as if we had the best tickets in the stadium. At times the film made you feel as if you were a personal guest of Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus.

The highlight of the Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Concert Movie was her personal guests, The Jonas Brothers, whom started a major screaming sensation throughout the movie anytime they entered the stage, sang, or danced. The kids in the theater were familiar with The Jonas Brothers but not as familiar with the lyrics of their songs as with the Hannah Montana songs.

Our children danced, sung, and had their first semi-concert experience in a safe and controlled environment. The workers at the theater we saw the Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Concert Movie participated by getting the kids excited and rallying them to dance, sing, and jump around and have fun. All in all it was a great experience for the whole family and worth every penny spent. Almost a real concert without the crowds, issues of safety, and crazy outrageous prices. Thank you Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus for a great entertainment experience.
