Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour

Tickets Are Selling Out Fast

Chris M. Carmichael
Hannah Montana fans everywhere know that February 1 means the release of Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour in theatres. The catch? It is only hanging around for a week. The other catch--tickets are not easy to come by.

(At the time of this writing, February 1, anyone in the area of Wichita, Kansas can still reserve tickets online for 1:30 and 2:45 showings at The Warren Theatre--but hurry. All other showings have already been sold out and these showings will sell out very soon!)

If you are a parent of a Hannah Montana fan and managed to get tickets to see Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour at a theatre, you are probably your child's superhero this week. But if you are like the majority of people, you were unable to purchase tickets. If the latter is the case, there is still hope.

Disney may decide to extend the showings past one week. Also, although Disney has been very quiet about whether or not Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour will be available on DVD, it is almost a sure thing it will be.

Disney would be incredibly unwise not to take advantage of DVD sales that will inevitably come from a DVD release of this Hannah Montana. In other words:
Hannah Montana fans, don't worry! One way or another, you will get to see this production.

So, if you are a fan of Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus, (two of my nieces are big fans, so I know how it can be) or are a parent of a fan, just take heart. Yeah, waiting to watch it on DVD may be a pain. And it won't be the same as watching it in the theatre (there won't be so many other fans screaming in your ear). But just think of all the advantages. One awesome advantage of watching it at home is you'll be able to watch it over and over, if you want to. (Do I see some parents out there rolling their eyes? Well, it could be worse).

By the way, while you are waiting to see the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour, you can also check out the newest Hannah Montana DVD "One in a Million", available now at Disney's website. I've included the link in the resources section, or you can just click here.

On Disney's DVD site you can also play an online Hannah Montana game and you can send Video Valentines to your friends. Don't forget the great trailers and clips on the site. Enjoy!

I haven't seen Hannah Montana in concert but I think I'd prefer the DVD. THanks for the "heads up" about this. I am in awe of those parents who are willing to suffer hearing loss from the sounds of screaming fans at those concerts. I used to be one of those parents but thank goodness my kids are grown up and get to be called "adult children" . I think that is a strange term. Maybe we are all "adult children" but we just call ourselves adults as a nickname.

I hope they extend but also get a grip on ticket sales to prevent further travesty.

I still don't know who Hanna Montana is, but it seems that every young girl in America does! Great job on this!
