Or having a lot of things,
It's not always about doing everything you want,
Or being treated like kings or queens
Happiness doesn't grow on trees
Or just magically appear
There are many ways to find it though,
Believe me my dear.
For me the things that make me happy
May be quite simple, but not unique,
It's the little things I look at
For their beauty and mystique
The kisses on my nose for one,
Are so delicate and sweet
The way you whisper in my ear,
And even the way you rub my feet.
Even at time, I admit it's true
Some days are lonely, some are blue
But it only leaves me one thing to do
To be happy, I simply just look at you.
