How can I expand my fish tank in Happy Aquarium?
Fish tank expansions are available at levels 10 and 20 and cost 100 coins.
Can my fish die?
Yes! Just like in real life, you need to care for your pets. After three days of no food, your fish will get sick. Then, after three days of sickness, the fish will die and you'll need to flush them.
My friend's fish are going to die! Can I feed them?
No, this feature is currently not available.
How do I get more fish? Can fish be mated?
You can buy fish at the store by clicking the "store" icon on the screen. Fish can be mated, as long as they are at the adulthood stage and your tank will hold the additional fish. Click on the breed you wish to mate and click the "mate" button.
How can I get a sea turtle and where does it come from?
Keep an eye on your Facebook news feed. When one of your friends encounters the Sushi Chef, he will have the option of helping the sea turtle find a new home by publishing a notice on his facebook wall. When you see a notice that your friend saved a sea turtle, click on the link to give it a home. You need to be one of the first few people to click the link to get the orphan turtle. Once adopted, the sea turtle must be cared for like every other fish, and it can be mated.
Note that the sea turtle counts as a 'fish' so your tank will need to have room for it.
How do I get a squid in Happy Aquarium?
The squid works the same way as the sea turtle. The above instructions apply.
This game runs too slow, how can I speed it up?
First, close out any other Facebook games you are running. Second, click on the 'eye' icon in the Happy Aquarium game to toggle the graphics quality. Using the low graphics settings will significantly increase the game's speed.
How do I train my fish in Happy Aquarium?
You can train your fish to swim in cool patterns. Simply click on any fish, press the "train" button, and play the mini game. There are seven different tricks a fish can learn. Older fish can learn more tricks than younger fish. Make sure your fish has been fed within the last four hours, or it cannot be trained.
How do I earn coins in Happy Aquarium?
There are several ways you can earn coins in Happy Aquarium - selling your fish (i.e. releasing back into the ocean), clicking on your neighbors' treasure chests, and playing the training game.
How do I add more neighbors in Happy Aquarium?
Once you've added all of your friends who currently play Happy Aquarium, try recruiting friends by posting Happy Aquarium updates on your wall. This gets the word out about this game and might entice a bored friend to start playing. Otherwise, you can search "Happy Aquarium" on Facebook and join a Happy Aquarium fan group and add members that way. Once you add new friends, they might not show up in the Happy Aquarium game right away - the server refreshes every 15 minutes.
What are Pearls for?
Pearls are a special currency in Happy Aquarium and can be used to purchase exclusive decorations. Earn pearls by purchasing them with real money or by filling out special offers.
