Happy Heiny diapers are a lot like disposable diapers, and are very easy to understand and place onto a child. They are often the first choice for daycares, babysitters or grandparents. Since they are so super simple to understand, they don't need complicated directions. Just stuff the pocket with an insert and velcro on and go! Parents can even stuff the pockets of the diapers before leaving them with another adult to make diaper changing even more easier!
Unlike some other brands of cloth diapers, Happy Heinys are true to their sizing. When purchasing new diapers for your child, you can be assured that looking at their easy to understand sizing chart will help you find the perfect fitting diaper for your little one. Happy Heinys even come in the perfect size for newborn babies called Tiny Heinys.
I can not rave enough about the fit of Happy Heinys diapers. My kids are both petite and slim and even stuffed with a prefold (my soaker of choice), they fit nicely. I've seen them on chunky kids and the coverage is adequate for them too, without leaving red marks around their chubby legs.
Happy Heinys hold up well also. You really will get your money out of these, even after many washes these diapers still look brand new! We have now used the diapers for nearly 3 years for both our son and daughter and the diapers still look almost as amazing as the day we bought them!
The fleece on the Happy Heinys has to be some of the softest microfleece I have ever dealt with. The fleece inside is so buttery soft and, although it has pilled with washings, it has remained so. Other brand diapers I have used, the fleece has become rough over time, yet not with my Happy Heinys.
Happy Heinys may cost a little more then other brand cloth diapers costing you anywhere from $16.95-$19.95 per diaper, yet they are worth the extra penny. The resale value on these diapers is very high and you can even find deals on them on most cloth diapering forums or even eBay!
Overall, if your looking for a great cloth diaper to last through the years then Happy Heinys are for you! They are a fool-proof diaper that is as easy to put on as a disposable diaper. I have to warn you though, the prints can become addicting!
