Her mouth smiling without her eyes

Her consciousness somewhere else.

Peals family

Greeting with hugs

And offering a steaming cup of tea.


Happy Solstice

Chimes a best friend

A twinkle in her eye

As she hands off a well planned gift.


Chanukah Smeach

A daughter calls from across the world

Her silhouette unseen

Yet her beam of love still radiant.


Everywhere lights sparkle

Reflecting off the icy ground

Each moment reminding you

The season.


The world converges

Love and joy over flow

Just for this one month

All the world is beautiful.
