Happy Holidays for Those on Yahoo!
I took a few days off from writing
To clear the cobwebs from my brain
Christmas shopping, wrapping and packing
Can make me tense - okay, a bit insane
I wanted to say Happy Holidays
To all of you on AC or now - Yahoo
You gave me the chance to locate my humor voice
For this, so much thanks from me is due
So, allow me to say Happy Holidays
And don't fret about gaining the cookie weight
After New Year's, you can step back on the scale
And make resolutions for your body to deflate!
Until then, eat, drink and be merry
Let a smile be present upon your face
Allow your heart to enjoy the festive season
Let it be ready with a warm embrace
