Jack's bio...
Jack prides himself for avoiding the compromises of the commercial music industry during his 40+ years professional career. Jack truly does what he loves and loves what he does. He and wife, Judy, crisscross the USA throughout the year, where Jack performs live in a variety of venues that allow him to interact and to form a bond with his audiences.

He has even performed on an Alaskan Folk Music Cruise, a Musical Safari to Africa, and just recently returned from a Folk Music Caribbean Cruise. When it come to folk festivals, he has had acclaimed performances at the Newport, Boston, Kerrville, and Philadelphia Folk Festivals, to mention only a few.

As a guitarist, he has accompanied Tom Paxton; Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul, and Mary; Mickey Newberry --- all legends of folk/country music. Among acoustic guitarists, Jack himself is legendary --- one of a handful of artists who is beyond the pale of most performers on the circuit in skill, depth, an integrity. Ronny Cox, another Harmony House guest and movie actor, said of Jack, "He not ONE of the best guitarists in the country; he is the bet guitarist in the country."
