Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart Married in New Mexico

Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart were married on Tuesday in Santa Fe, New Mexico, according to Harrison Ford's publicity agent.

The New Mexico state governor, Bill Richardson, presided over the wedding, which was held at his mansion in Santa Fe.

The Governor and his wife Barbara acted as witnesses, and the couple's adopted son Liam was also present at the wedding. No other details of the wedding have been released so far.

Harrison Ford, who is 67, and Calista Flockhart, who is 45, met at the Golden Globes awards in 2001, and finally got engaged on Valentines Day 2009 after 8 years together.

Harrison Ford has been married twice before, and has four children, two from each of those marriages. He also has two grandchildren. Calista Flockhart has a son Liam, who she adopted in 2000, prior to meeting Harrison Ford, and they have been raising him together.

Calista Flockhart is best known for her starring role in the television sitcom Ally McBeal, and also for her role in the show Brothers And Sisters..

Harrison Ford came to fame in the late 1970's with his role as Han Solo in the original Star Wars movies. He later played the leading role in the Indiana Jones adventure movies, and also in the Tom Clancy movies. He is currently filming "Cowboys And Aliens", a sci-fi thriller, in New Mexico.
