1 quart water
1 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon nutmet
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

put all the ingredients into a pot or a pan and bring to a boil on the stove top.2
As it begins to boil, a skin will form on the surface. You will need to scrape this off and keep on stirring the mixture in the pan until the film stops forming.3
