Harry Potter Speculation Begins on the Names of the Rides, Restaurants and Shops at Universal Studios

Is it too early for rumours to emerge? When it comes to Harry Potter rumours can never start too early. Recently on the IOACentral forum a poster reported to have found over a dozen applications made by Warner Bros. Entertainment that appear to be the new restaurants, shops and rides that will be included in the expansion of Universal Orlando, Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

The name of the rides include, "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey", "Flight of the Hippogriff" and "Dragon Challenge", all of which have Potter fans overjoyed with excitement. Speculation is flowing that "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey" , will be the ride that will be built inside Universal's Hogwarts Castle.

The applications for the retail locations include, "Dervish and Banges" (in Potter books sells and repairs Magical equipment), "Honeydukes" (candy shop)"Zonko's" (gag shop), "Owl Post" (mail system serviced by Owls) and "Ollivanders" (magic wands).

The applications for restaurants include, "Three Broomsticks", "Magic Neep" and "Butterbeer".

This is the first of the rumours for Harry Potter's extension at Universal Studios, but considering this park is not set to open till summer 2010, this will not be the last of the speculations.
