Hart Roofing - Great Service, Great Value in Denver

It has been a crazy roofing season this year with all the hail and wind damage in the Denver area. I live in a house that was built in 1969, and among the many things that needed updated the roof was at the top of the list. When the hail storm hit in the late summer of 2008 we thought it would be a great time to see about getting the roof replaced. We had several roofing companies come out and give us info about their company and a quote to get the roof done. I was absolutely blown away with the kind of people that came into my home and were flat out rude and acted like they were too busy to even help us. We even had a couple companies tell us that they would not even give us a quote until they saw the check from our insurance company. We were finally so fed up with the whole fiasco that we basically threw up our hands and threw in the towel. My wife had heard of one last company that she thought we should try so I gave in and said I would try one more. That's when we met the owner of Hart Roofing, which is located in Lakewood Colorado which is right outside of Denver.

The day after we made the call to Hart Roofing a gentleman showed up at our door and asked if he could look at our roof. He was up there for about twenty minutes and then came in and told us about the company. It turns out that he is the owner and his sales people are too busy so he came out himself. Anyway, he came in our house and told us about the company and what services they provide, he was very professional we could tell he was a level above the other companies we had talked to. My wife and I both thought for sure that his price quote would be at least double what the other guys were quoting, worth it I'm sure, but we were not in any situation to spend more that our insurance check would cover. I'm not exaggerating at all when I tell you his price quote was at worst 35% lower than the other guys. He actually beat two national roofing companies by 50%. We were thrilled to say the least.

Now, we all know that the proof is in the pudding and you never really know the final result uuntil it's all said and done, we did have our doubts. Hart Roofing started when they said they would start and finished when they said they would finish (which by the way was the same day). I left for work that day and came back that night, you would never have known a roof was torn off and a new one put back on. There was not a speck of trash, a nail, or even a corner of a broken shingle. I was absolutely amazed and even had to have my wife reassure me that they were there that day. The job they did was perfect even upon inspection by my dad and myself.

There are several different things you have to worry about when doing a new roof, first of all making sure it's done correctly. But there is also the aspect of cleanup, wear and tear on the landscape around your house, and gutters. Hart Roofing doesn't actually do gutters but they set it up with a gutter contractor and we didn't have to lift a finger on that part of it either.

I would recommend Hart Roofing to anyone I know without hesitation. From start to finish we could not have been more pleased and it could not have been easier. If you are in the market for a new roof and you live in the Denver Metro area I would definitely give Hart Roofing a call. I can only imagine how many roofing nightmare stories there are out there, especially after experiencing some for ourselves.
