Looking for some living room friendly video game entertainment that the whole family may enjoy? Hasbro Family Game Night 4: The Game Show may just give you the fix. Based on the popular television game show of the same name and Hasbro's long running game night theme, Game Night 4 offers some heated competition while playing some of the toy company's classics with a new spin.

Hasbro Family Game Night 4: The Game Show is truly a title for all ages and skill levels. The included games aren't overly difficult to learn, and while simple strategy and some practice may benefit players, everyone can quickly and easily join in on the fun.

Hosted by the all-time childhood favorite toy, Mr. Potato Head, Game Night 4 offers two basic options for game play; game show, or specific game challenge. Both offer single and multiplayer modes, the option to use a customized Mii as an in-game avatar, and heated competition. Admittedly, the specific game mode can be repetitive in play; however, they are great for those want to practice in preparation for game show competition. A trophy room is also featured in the game to display those accolades for completing various in-game challenges. For example, complete an episode of The Game Show, and you'll earn the "A Star is Born" award.

Game Show 4 features five familiar Hasbro games, each with a whole new way to play. Controls are easy enough for even the youngest gamers to join in on the fun, and each game offers two different

In Connect 4 Basketball the goal is to shoot some hoops, or more appropriately shoot some grid. Like the traditional game of Connect 4, players have to block each other from getting four of their playing pieces in a row - this time by throwing the pieces basketball style for a win or a block.

Like a game of shuffleboard with giant playing pieces, Sorry! Sliders also has players practicing their aim to score high or do some friendly but required bumping. The familiar Sorry! Game tokens are used in competition with a players' Mii pushing them into play with the flick of a wrist.

Scrabble Flash has players spelling as many words as possible with the given letters for the highest points before the clock runs down. While the other games in Game Show 4 require some physical skill, this one is all about thinking.

In Bop it! Boptagon, just like the physical toy, speed and coordination are required. On-screen prompts assist gamers with the movements required to whack it, kick it, pull it, and more. After a few moves players will get the hang of it, however, a good memory will be needed once those on-screen prompts disappear!

Yahtzee Bowling combines the game of bowling with classic Yahtzee scoring. Rather than rolling the die, players roll the giant bowling ball down the lane to knock down the die covered pins. Two of a kind? Three of a kind? How they fall determines the score.

Hasbro Family Game Night 4: The Game Show is published by Electronic Arts, is rated E for Everyone, and is available for the, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360.
