Hash Brow Dish

Mary Wensing Dvorachek
1 large bag of Hash browns (thawed)
1 can cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 stick oleo or butter
8 oz cream cheese (can use low fat)

Heat soup, oleo (butter) and cream cheese. Put has browns in greased 8 x 11 pan. Pour mixture over it. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out & sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Return to over and bake for 10 minutes more.

    Thanks Mary! I have a fav hash brown dish from years ago that I haven't found the recipe for yet, but this sounds really good and vaguely similar.
