Marinate time: 3-6 hours
Serving Size: 4-6
Four slabs of steaks
Dry Ingredients:
Minced Garlic
Black Pepper
McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
Onion Powder
Liquid Ingredients:
¼ cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
½ cup of Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup Sweet Baby Rays Barbeque Sauce
½ cup Lemon Juice
Step 1: Place the steaks into a roasting pan.
Step 2: Take a fork and randomly stab each slabs of steaks so that the marinade will be able to soak into the meat more effectively.
Step 3: Then sprinkle the minced garlic, black pepper, McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning, and onion powder onto the steak and rub it into the steaks so that the dry ingredients will get into the holes made by a fork.
Step 4: Then flip the steaks and repeat the previous step.
Step 5: In a separate bowl mix low sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Sweet Baby Rays barbeque sauce, lemon juice.
Step 6: Pour the liquid ingredients onto the steaks while making sure each steak gets its own share of the liquid ingredients.
Step 7: Let marinade for about 3 to 6 hours.
Step 8: Place on the grill and cook until your liking. Use your favorite barbeque sauce to brush onto the steaks to keep them moist.
Step 9: Enjoy!
