Indiana has hundreds of haunted spots scattered all across the state. When you hear the stories though, you may discover that the more interesting stories are those where the ghosts roam freely outside.

One of the most well known haunted spots in Anderson is the Mounds State Park. Delaware Indians were once prevalent here and even they had stories about the park. There's a road north of South Bend Indiana that my father told about. Wagons and cars rolled uphill and horses refused to go up the hill but reared up and threw many of the riders. It's said to be a portal to the underworld.
