Ah yes, the fun and exciting game known as Rick Rolled, or sometimes Rick Roll'd or Rick Rolld. It is a fun, safe for work linking game that can really zap you if you are not expecting it. Rick Rolling can be done via linking, telephone, email or any other sort of devious trickery one can think of.

The idea is simple: get one of your friends to click a link that leads to a Rick Astley video on the Internet, most commonly "Never Gonna Give You Up" on YouTube. As the festive game progresses, it gets harder and harder to Rick Roll someone, so try space the Rollings out!

Rick Rolled Ideas

Make a CD for someone, and slip in a Rick Astley tune, just to make things special. The unsuspecting victim will listen to half the CD, and when they get Rick Rolled somewhere in the middle, they will have no choice but to laugh and shake their head. They have been Rolled; there is no other way about it.

Rick Roll someone while they are at work, over the telephone! Cue up your favorite Rick Astley song and call up a friend who is hard at work. When they answer, simply put the phone up to the speakers and press play. They will know instantly that they have been Rick Rolled, and in fine fashion.
