The inside is decorated very nicely, with paintings and your guests will be in awe of the murals that are painted on the walls. The sitting room has the old style furniture that is cozy.
They have packages that you can spend the night there and have breakfast in the morning, when we spent the night there, we were alone in the castle, and it was so romantic. We could walk down to the kitchen where we could help ourselves, or sit by the pool outside. We also had breakfast made just for us in the morning.
Barclay Villa can seat up to 250 guests, and you can have an opened bar there if the weather is nice you can have the bar outside by the pool, leaving more room in the dining room for dancing. When the Bride and Groom make their grand entrance they will walk down a wide huge stairway to their guests below. It is a memorable experience for everyone.
You can get married one the premises, they have a nice back yard that you can use and decorate, then head inside for the meal. Or you can get married in one of the rooms at the place.
Catering is done by Frisco's City Club and it was delicious. They have many options available for your menu planning. We had many choices that we could choose from.
There is a great room that the Bride can get ready for the Wedding. They had everything that we needed even a steamer for the dress that they brought to us to make sure everything was perfect for the wedding. For the Groom and the Groomsmen there was a pool room that they could stay in and relieve some of the tension before the wedding.
They handled everything that we needed or requested, and everything went off nice and smooth. While you saw the staff there working, they didn't get in the way of any of the guests, and they were very polite and courteous.
The setting is perfect for wedding photographs there are many photos that we have from there that are absolutely beautiful with the setting of this castle behind. There is a small window you can walk out to a balcony that gives a breathtaking photograph.
I would recommend visiting Barclay Villa for a wedding or any other formal event it will be the smoothest and greatest event that you have ever imagined planning.

seriously are we even allowed o get married on this thingy?
My wife and I were looking at places to do our wedding, and we went to Barclay and in two words ABSOLUTLEY STUNNING!!! The layout the ambience it was everything we dreamed of and I felt the price was of market value. The only reason we didn't get married there was we expected up to 400 guest at our wedding and reception, so we got married in jamaica :-D.... BUT THIS IS A MUST DO!!!!
