Have You Had Trouble with Emails, Notices, CP Publications?
Your Not the Only One
I tried email Associated Content directly, and never got a response from them. I asked one of my CP's to write for me and she also did not get a response. I wrote on one of the forums several times. I got one response which said to check my settings. Which I had already done. I reset my settings probably 5 or 6 times.
I finally found Michael Street on one of the forums, he is a moderator. I decided click on his Avatar and was directed to his profile. http://www.associatedcontent.com/user/16698/michael_street.html. I sent Micheal a message, and he responded. He asked me to go into detail about the problem. He then checked with AC and said things looked good. I received email for about 3 days and then it stopped again. Once again I wrote to Micheal, he wrote back and said that he checked with AC and the emails were going out. He then told me to check my blocked messages where all my bulk and spam messages go. I went through the list and sure enough. There sat all of my CP's published works.
I then went to my address book and put AC in it once again and listed the following addresses:
@associatedcontent.com
noreply@associatedcontent.com
I am glad to say I have had no problems since.

Hi Sophie, I know I had that same problem for almost 3 months. But, going in and changing my spam settings, checking my blocked addresses, and also making sure I put both addresses in my email address book did the trick for me. Good luck I hope you get it solved soon. Hugs Mary
I've also had no e-mail alerts in the longest time. It's made it harder to locate recently published content. Doing it manually does take longer!

Hi Lonnette, things are getting better slowly. Recovery is suppose to be 2 years now, since I had the second surgery it set me back. But, that is when they will tell me how much use I gained back of my thumb. I would say I gained a good 75% already. Just need to the strength built back up in my arm and shoulder. Glad you are getting your mail finally. I know how frustrating it can be. Nice hearing from you to. Thank you for the warm welcome back. Hoping my arm holds up so I can catch up with everyone. Keep trying, contact Sam DeWit (he will be in the forums), go in and reset all your mail notifications. Check your spam set up in your email, check to see if any AC notifications got blocked. If so unblock them. Add the addresses above to your address book. It took me quite awhile to get mine working again. Hugs Mary
I'm still not getting my subscription emails . . . . and it's been WEEKS, at least.
