Family Fun with the Easter Bunny in Houston

Each year I live here, I am amazed by the number of opportunities available for Easter celebrations and many other holidays. It seems I am always finding something else to do, and with so much to choose from it's hard to find favorites. However, if you are traveling to Houston for the Easter celebration or just able to take some time off work to spend with your family in your hometown, these are great (and some are even free) fun filled Easter celebration activities.

Springfest Free Family Fun

Begin your day at this free family fun event with a free pancake breakfast. While enjoying your pancakes, the Easter Bunny will be making an appearance. Parents and children can also spend quality family fun time together with a bouncy castle, games, raffles as well as shopping and Bar-B-Que. Live music and entertainment rounds out this spring time in Houston event.

39th Annual Ukrainian Easter Bazaar

Admission: $2.00/Ages 5 and under are free.

Easter in the Garden-Moody Gardens

Fun filled Easter activities include a petting zoo, music, arts, crafts, games and prizes. No child's Easter would be complete without an Easter Egg hunt, and they have that too! The Easter Bunny is available for pictures inside the Mood Gardens Hotel. Please note that the Easter Egg Hunt is for children 12 and younger.
