Have a Nightmare Before Christmas Party This Holiday Season

Stephanie
Christmas is time of giving and celebrating being with the ones you love. Who says you cant have fun in the process? At popular as this festive holiday is, its very uncommon to not have a party to celebrate this glorious holiday, but how? Every party has a theme, but the question is, what should it be? You don't want something that everyone has correct? Then why not try something different! Here are great ways to pull off a Nightmare Before Christmas party for this festive holiday.

The First Step: Invitations

Make these invitations fun, and something that the guest want to actually keep! Why not decorate the outside with black and drawn on cobwebs. Along with the Nightmare Before Christmas font for the heading to tie everything together for this party. Tel guest to NOT dress in formal wear! Why not have them dress as a character in this famous movie! The best costume gets a prize at the end of the night. The font colors should be Halloween/Christmas related. Rather it be, black, red and green, or black, red and orange and etc. Just make sure it all ties together well.

The Second Step: Decorations

You'll need to pull out the old Halloween decorations for this great Christmas party! Either that, or make all of the decorations black and white! How else can you say Halloween town in an elegant/Christmas way! Hang stockings that are black and white from the chimney, and stuff them with morbid looking dolls to pull of this Nightmare Before Christmas look! Don't have any morbid dolls? Why not make your own? Take an old Barbie or baby doll, and make it look Halloween. Be creative! Along with the stockings and invitations, you need some amazing centerpieces for this great party of yours. Why not take pumpkins and carve then into the famous love couple, Jack and Sally? Along with these centerpieces, find some white candles to go around the lantern. This will truly make it look elegant. The next step is the dance floor. Why not have some "dead" rose pedals on the tables and dance floor? It will surely pull everything together. Don't forget the amazing cobwebs to finish everything up!

The Third Step: The Music For The Party

This one is easy! You can purchase the Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack at any Walmart retail store. Have it playing in the background to really set this Halloweentown mood!

The Forth Step: Something Extra!

Want to really pull everything together? Why not rent a huge plasma TV, and during the party, have Nightmare Before Christmas play in the background! The children will be entertained, as well as the adults! What else could possibly tie this great Christmas party together?

Christmas is indeed a great time of year. Time for joy and cheer, or time to be different! Have a great Nightmare Before Christmas party for your holiday celebration! It will be a party no guest will forget, and neither will you!
