Use any brown dishes you may have - or lined baskets. Decorate plain paper or plastic cups or napkins in brown.
Iced tea, pop, chocolate milk or something tinted brown will make great theme soft drinks.
Perhaps half of the table could have little sunshine decorations - simple, of course - and half could have snowflakes or other wintry trinkets.
Make up a ground hog poem or silly joke.
