Some abdominal pain can be chalked up to gas pains. Sometimes pockets of gas can get caught in your abdomen and cause a sharp or crampy pain. Usually, if you expel the gas you will feel better. Some ways to naturally pass this gas would include

-bend and stretch, maybe reach down and touch your toes and lean back and side to side

-apply light pressure across your torso to help push the gas down

But some abdominal pain is not just gas. There is a possibility that the painful sensations in your abdomen will require medical attention, either immediately or very soon. Below I will list some of the main causes of abdominal pain and their associated symptoms.

Remember I am not a medical doctor and am not giving you advice. I am only breaking down some common diseases associated with abdominal pain. Please speak with your doctor or other medical professional to get a complete and accurate diagnosis.

And finally....

Celiac Disease

People with Celiac Disease have issues when consuming protein gluten found in breads, cookies, pasta, and other types of grain. When a person with Celiac Disease eats, for instance, several slices of pizza, an immune reaction happens in the small intestine which causes damage to the surface of the small intestine which leads to the following symptoms of Celiac Disease:

Of course, there are numerous other reasons for you to be experiencing abdominal pain; the above are just naming a few. If you feel you may be suffering from any of the above, please speak with your doctor so he can run tests and produce a treatment plan for you.
