Having a Bad Hair Day? Bad Hair Day Tips

Never Again Deal with the Trauma of a Bad Hair Day

Malina Debrie
Some of us just cannot have a bad hair day. No matter what your hair seems to want to do,your job, a meeting, or whatever activity is scheduled for the day requires that you are well put together and looking great. When the need arises and you have to make that hair work with you no matter what, these are the tips of the trade that will make you shine. No one will ever know you had a day when your hair did not want to cooperate. You will look gorgeous and well put together no matter what.

French Roll Your Hair

A French roll works with every size, shape and look. Your hair will love you when you place it up and leave it alone. It makes you more relaxed and your hair definitely needs to be left alone sometimes. Take your hair and brush it all back. Then begin to move it all up from the neck to the center of your head. Begin at the neck and manipulate the hair into a roll. Move all your hair upwards towards the top of your head, continue rolling until all your hair has been loosely rolled into the shape of a cone. After completing the cone, take a few decorative pins and place them one below the other to secure the hair in the French Roll position. Watch this video for a short tutorial on "How To French Roll" your hair. Wearing a French Roll is fashionable and professional and everything in between. French rolls can be accessorized to carry you from the office to the dance floor. Don't hide at home when your hair is simply not doing what you want it to. Wear a French Roll and look and feel well put together.

Pony Tail Your Hair

A pony tail can get you through a rough day and keep you feeling cool, happy and playful. Think a ponytail might not be professional! Think again! You can add to or take from and make a ponytail work with any outfit from the boardroom to the bedroom. Wearing a ponytail can be quite playful. Yet, even executives have ways of making a ponytail look professional. Maybe your pony tail is more like a pigtail. Heck it doesn't matter. Take that long or short 'tail' and glamorize it for the dance floor or manipulate it and make it more of a professional style while in the office. Long or short, either way you can work it to your benefit. Pin your ponytail up to make it look professional yet when out of your meeting, let it hang for comfort. Adding one of the new easy to use Hair Extensions can take you away from the trauma of trying to work through a bad hair day. And when you have found just the style or twist you want, add a piece of Hair Jewelry or Jeweled Hairpins to keep the style in place.

Beauty is all about working with what you have. Working with accessories and using them to change your everyday from the normal to better and bolder. Use items you have in your closet or jewelry armoire or shop for new items and work with those items to change everyday from dull and boring to exciting and exhilarating. Never think of your hair as bad. Think of it as a challenge to find something more unique or beautiful and making a change. The old tried and true must be buried to reveal the new and glamorous.

I use a pony tail most of the time as it's quite windy where I live.
