Stop and focus!

Do you have the tendency to discuss only unfortunate events? If certain periods of life are indeed difficult you will not enjoy life just like your neighbour who is always smiling! It can be that you have a more pessimistic outlook on life and you only focus your attention on something that goes wrong. Because once you decide that fate is against you nothing you face will be easy. It is a vicious circle and it is by counting your misfortunate events that you have the impression that you are unfortunate. Be more optimistic and stop seeing everything black...because once you keep such a mentality, depression will surely overcome you.

The same causes have the same effect!

You may feel that you have bad luck in love. Whenever you think that you have found the right person he/she lets you down. Your relationship will only take a few months to turn sour! You will find yourself alone, meet someone else again and than life repeats itself. Isn't this chronic bad luck! Could it be that you are making the same mistakes every time? You need to question yourself, reflect on what you really like and than decide if you like him or not.

Losing is the rule!

There are areas where statistically you never have a chance! In this case this is not just luck but probability! Game, bingo or casino: statistically, you are destined to loose! Of course, your next-door neighbours can be destined to win €1000 in a lottery. How many tickets did they buy? How many people in your area do you know that play and never win? Then you should keep in mind that the best way not to loose is not to play!

Is it body failure?

When taking your coffee this morning, you may spill on your clothes...While going to work you loose your personal items on the subway...Upon arriving at work, you miss a step and you end up face down on the floor...In short, this will not by your day! Will it be a matter of probability or just mere body language? These small accidents may well be explained by lack of attention or decreased concentration. They can be related to excessive fatigue which then results in vigilance problems. Above all, do not neglect the small details that are manifested in many ways and can alert you about your health.

It is useless to stay within your self and keep yourself from going out! Start looking at life from a different perspective, listen to your body and do not take chances when you do not have any! Doing this will surely make you overcome this problem!
