HBO Hit Series 'Game Of Thrones' Season 2 Casting Calls and Auditions
The main starring and co-starring roles for "Game of Thrones" are cast in London, and additional casting for supporting roles, extras, photo doubles, and stand-ins are cast near the various filming locations of Belfast, Ireland and in Malta.
The series is based on the epic fantasy novels by American novelist and screenwriter George R. R. Martin titled "A Song of Ice and Fire". The show follows three principal storylines, divided by fictional geography and participants.
"Game of Thrones" season 1 has a 10 episode order and will continue airing through 26 June 2011. Auditions and casting calls for season 2 will begin immediately, as shooting on all 10 episodes of season 1 has already been completed.
