Each and every color has healing properties that they give off, almost any minor ailment can be seen to with the simple use of coklor therapy. Using color therapy is pretty easy to do. If you can get a colored light bulb in the color you need and sit under the colored light for ten to fifteen minutes at a time. Or if you don't have colored light bulbs or you don't like that idea; you can try colored crystals in the window on a really sunny day and then just sit in the rays of the crystals. You do not want to sit in any light for more than fifteen minutes at a time.
Use Red If You Are:
~ In need of an energy boost
~ To improve your circulation
~ To ease aching joints
** Do not use red if you suffer from hypertension.
Use Orange for:
~ Aiding Digestion
~ Improving Metabolism
~ Better working lungs
~ To Increase the activity of an under active thyroid gland.
**Do not use if you tend to over indulge in things like, eating, sex, possessions etc...
Yellow is useful for:
~ Stimulating the nervous system, liver, pancreas, and kidneys
~ Will help with arthritis
~ Aids in the relief of constipation.
**Do not use if you are wound up with too much energy already.
Green is needed for:
~ Balancing our equilibrium
~ Relieving Stress
~ Comfort and Peace
**Do not use if you have an over stimulated heart
Blue is useful for:
~ Strengthening Immune System
~ Reducing Blood Pressure
~ Healthy Growth Of Cells-
**Do not use if you are already in a melancholy mood.
Purple/ Violet are used for:
~ Treating Shock
~ Mental Stability
~ Raising Self Esteem
~ Healing Hysteria
**Do not use if you are someone who is usually a loner or feel isolated in any way from life.
Pink is useful for:
~ Healing your grief
~ Bringing joyfulness to your mood -
**Start off slow with pink if you have a problem expressing your feminine, tender side.
Use the color therapy when you need to balance a specific problem. Meditating with the sight off all the colors together even in your own mind, will help to keep your Chakras balanced and the need for individual color therapy should lessen. While nothing written here is meant as a cure it might offer you some relief from your ailments.
