Ingredients

1) Tender stem (wash them and clean the tendrils, joints, skin and isolate fleshy substance from veins)

2) Dania 1 spoon

3) Pepper ½ spoon

4) Mint Leaves 5 - 10

5) Small amount of tamarind

6) Ginger small piece

7) Currey leaves 5 - 10

8) Ur ad Dall 1 spoon

9) Bengal gram Dall 1 spoon

10) Gingerly oil 3 spoon

Method

1) Light stove and put kadai. Pour gingely oil. Allow it to heat.

2) Add Urad dhall, Bengal gram dhall and dhania and saute.

3) Add cissus flesh, pepper, mint leaves, coriander leaves and tamarind

4) Stir well till they loose its raw smell

5) Collect the ingredients and grind it in to fine paste
