The human body consists of eighty percent water. It is crucial that water be replenished daily in our systems. With all the sodas, teas, juices available on the market it can be tempting to skip the water for the tastier beverages. However, if you are feeling sluggish and tired and if your experiencing dry skin and or wrinkles it may be due to a lack of water in your system. Here are some benefits for drinking water.

Energy: A body with the correct amount of water consumed daily has greater energy levels than the body that is walking around slightly dehydrated.

Healthy Skin, nails and hair: Skin gets needed essential vitamins and moisture through water. If your hair is dull, your nails are brittle, and your skin is dry then you may be low on water in take. Increase your water intake to at least eight glasses a day.

Regularity in bowel movements: A healthy body removes waste on a daily basis. If you are not regularly moving your bowels begin drinking that water and flush those toxins that are sitting in that waste out of your body.

Weight loss: Weight loss will begin to take place as you drink eight glasses of water a day. First of all some of the cravings you experience for food are actually misdirected cravings for food. As you begin to drink plenty of water you will begin to eat less food and the weight will begin to melt off.

Healthy Joints and Muscles: Your bodies muscles require water. Your joints require water. To relieve the discomfort and the aches and the pains drink that water!

Healthy Bladder: Urinary tract infections will be a thing of the past as you flush your system with plenty of water daily. Your need to use the bathroom will balance out and you will find yourself having a healthy urinary tract.

Less Head Aches: Some headaches are caused by dehydration. If you have been low on water intake you may have been experiencing head aches, Drink water and think clearer and remove those headaches.

Drinking lots of water will make an important overall impact on your health and beauty. Replace other beverages with water. Count and keep track of the amount of water that you drink daily. Pay attention to your body's request for water.
