Health Care Bill ( My Opinion)

How the Bill Will Affect Me and the General Public

*Shell*
The new Health Care Bill of 2010 has everyone and there brother confused. I don't know anyone, including politicians themselves who know, exactly what this bill is all about.

From what I can understand about this new Health care Bill, a person no longer has the right to choose whether or not they want to have health insurance and now must be insured or get a fine.

Employers will not be required to provide health coverage, but employers with 50 or more full-time employees may be subject to penalty payments if their employees use federal subsidies to buy insurance (2014)

Employers offering health insurance will be required to provide vouchers to certain low-income employees to assist those employees in buying health coverage through an insurance exchange.

Small employers may qualify for tax credits covering part or all of their health insurance premium costs (2010)

Accurate understanding of this, I am not sure; as I'm sure many others are in the same situation.

I will say, having a degree in medical office administration, I will not pursue a job in this field for the simple fact that there will be a great deal of ciaos in this industry in the near future. Complaints and riots are surely to follow.

How can the government justify this bill when it is clearly conflicting with what our 10th amendment states!

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Nowhere in the federal Constitution is Congress given authority to regulate local matters concerning the health, safety, and morality of state residents.

Before the Civil War, nearly every state urged a broad reading of the Tenth Amendment. Although no state wanted a federal government that was impotent against internal enemies or foreign aggressors, many state politicians challenged the authority of the federal government to regulate any matter that could otherwise be handled by local authorities.

When and why did this change? I do not believe it has, as many other citizens will agree.

Pennsylvania's state senators are being rioted and threatened because of this bill being passed.

Now fighting this bill and representing the peoples 10th amendment right in court, having a good feeling they will have solid ground to stand on.

People, power in numbers! Although one voice can be powerful, demonstrated many times, a number of voices will make your statements clear!

Let us rewind for a moment shall we. Recently just suffering from an economy shut down, people losing their life savings, houses, cars, everything for that matter, sleeping in tents barely able to afford food to feed their families, surviving on what they can, is the state the US citizens our in right now. Riots of all kinds, Tea parties, protest emerging everywhere in the United States!

Fighting and debating about the 2nd amendment in the past, (A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. ")

Now, adding the restriction of the people to be able to have the choice and/or right to have health insurance or not. Is the government not seeing what's happening!

Open up your eyes people and accept the fact and get prepared for it as well, we are on the verge of the 2nd Civil War of these United States.

A free Country is the United States of America. Well, in my opinion and in my understanding of the last couple years of events that have taken place, in politics were are beginning to make this statement false at a rapid pace my friends.

The health care bill, in my opinion will be the start of a fight between the government and its people. May not be for 5 years, 10 years, could be a weak. How do you know? Once the people, get an understanding through their heads of what is going on in their world, a land for the people and consequences to the actions of politicians and government officials will be made.

By no means is this article meant to offend anyone, I apologize if in reading this it does, It is just my opinion on what the New founded health care bill is going to do to me, my family and my fellow Americans.

I will ask this of you, "Think long and hard about this article and the issues in it"!
